Return & Exchange Policy

✨Returns

🌿Discounts of 25% or more do not qualify for returns or exchanges. 

🌿Customers can return items for a full refund within 14 days of package being delivered. 

All returned items must have/be:
✨original tags
✨unwashed
✨unworn
✨no signs of deodorant
✨no smell of pets or smoke.
 

🌿In your return, please include the invoice along with the reason for the return.

🌿 All shoes must be returned in original shoe boxes with no damage.

🌿Scarves, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, purses, bralettes and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

🌿Please email us at contact@mellowdazeboutique.com to request the return mailing address. Any returns attempted to be made without making contact first are subject to denial. 

🌿The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs & will not be reimbursed. We advise getting a tracking number when shipping returned packages back as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

✨Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory. However, please place another order to guarantee desired size or color & a refund will be given when your exchanged/returned item is received & approved. 

✨Defective Items
Please inspect your purchased items immediately after it is received. If you received a defective item please email us at contact@mellowdazeboutique.com within 3 days of delivery date.
Please include the following in the email:
✨Name
✨Order #
✨Item
✨Description & picture of the defect.
Any requests made after the 3 day grace period will be denied.
